1. Agreement to Terms

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JDB Infotech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.
3. Client Code and Ownership
For custom engineering and product development engagements, JDB Infotech commits to a "Zero Vendor Lock-in" policy. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), the intellectual property, source code, and assets developed specifically for a client upon full payment shall become the sole property of that client.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JDB Infotech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
